Our Swimming Assistants are a vital part of our team. They work with the lead teacher to make sure everyone is safe and having fun during swimming activities.
Responsibilities
* Support the lead teacher to ensure safety for all participants during swimming activities.
* Help create an engaging, inclusive environment that promotes fun and learning to inspire health and well-being in the community.
* Communicate effectively with participants, parents/guardians, and team members; stay organized to support smooth swim sessions.
Requirements
* Level 1 swimming qualification (or be working towards it) and provide proof of continued professional development.
* Commitment to safeguarding and keeping children and vulnerable adults safe.
* Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work with the lead teacher to deliver safe, enjoyable swimming sessions.
