We are currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join the team at Smiles Dental Cork on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Part Time: 28 hours per week
7 hour shifts across 4 days flexible during the week but weekends required
Established team and long standing patient base
The Role
As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and in delivering an excellent experience for our patients.
Your Typical Day Will Include
Meeting and greeting patients, providing a positive first impression
Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, and updating patient records
Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the daily running of the practice
Making patients aware of dental services and offers
Handling payments
Accessing sensitive information while maintaining patient confidentiality
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Can remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Has previous administration or reception experience
Is personable, positive, and enthusiastic with a strong customer focus
Is confident using Microsoft Word and Outlook
Has SOE/R4 experience (preferred but not essential)
Has strong communication and organisational skills
