Due to retirement we're looking for a Controls Engineer who's ready to take ownership, innovate, and make an immediate impact in a busy manufacturing company based in Poole. With a reputation at second to none, genuine training, development and progression opportunities this is an exciting time to join the business.
Roles / Responsibilities
* Update & modernise control, automation and electrical systems including PLCs, HMI, SCADA & instrumentation
* Update maintenance systems to provide feedback and ensure maintenance systems are kept up to date
* Provide automation, control and electrical support for engineering functions
* Identify improvements and efficiency on machinery and be involved in project work
What We're Looking For
* Electrical or Systems Engineering qualification
* Experience within a manufacturing environment, particularly food or packaging
* PLC programming language – Siemens, Rockwell, Allen Bradley
