What You'll Be Doing
6. Portfolio Leadership - Manage shopping centres and retail parks with a focus on service excellence.
7. Client Engagement - Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors.
8. Financial Oversight - Lead on service charge budgeting, reconciliations, and reporting.
9. Team Development - Mentor and support junior surveyors.
10. Strategic Growth - Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expansion.
What We're Looking For
11. MRICS Qualified (or equivalent) with significant experience in commercial property management.
12. Retail & Leisure Expertise - Strong background in these sectors.
13. Leadership Skills - Proven ability to guide and inspire teams.
14. Commercial Insight - Strategic thinker with a client-first mindset.
15. Excellent Communicator - Confident and relationship-driven.
