Passionate about digital trading, this is a chance for someone who wants to develop and own digital trading strategy as well as the day-to-day trading and analysis of their website. Reporting into a Trading Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales through commercial strategic planning and the successful execution of campaign, brand and promotional strategies. You will lead cross-functionally on trading projects that help drive sales and other digital KPIs. You will be a systems and tooling expert and will be responsible for ensuring the team are getting the most out of our platforms.
1. Manage the day-to-day trading and execution of a website, under the guidance of the Trading Manager.
2. Manage reporting of trade data, providing analysis and feeding into action plans to meet sales and contribution targets.
3. Oversee weekly content updates for site changes, campaigns, promotions, and brand partner updates.
4. Manage critical paths for campaign and promotional activities, including upcoming events.
5. Communicate product & trading strategies to digital marketing and optimisation teams.
6. Serve as super-user for Digital Trading tools, train team members, and contribute to tool improvements.
7. Lead cross-functionally on Digital Trading projects as relevant.
8. Coordinate development and execution of content to drive SEO, engagement, and conversion.
9. Support teams in improving product content and resolving issues to optimise sales.

Qualifications
* Valid UK working rights.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficient in Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Excel.
* Experience managing Trading Assistants.
* Experience with e-commerce platforms.
* Proven ability to drive sales growth through improvements.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* 3-4 years in a similar digital retail role.
