ADAS Test Videographer
Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire
Salary: £27,500 £35,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (39 hours per week)
We are looking for a skilled ADAS Test Videographer to join our ADAS Test team and take ownership of all filming and photographic activities supporting the delivery of vehicle testing services.
This is your opportunity to work on the cutting edge of vehicle safety and automation capturing, processing and delivering technical footage that supports the validation of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). From drone footage to in-vehicle recordings, your work will help ensure the latest automotive technologies perform safely and reliably in real-world conditions.
What Youll Be Doing:
Manage all videography and photography for ADAS testing activities
Operate drones, ground cameras, and GoPros to capture high-quality, time-referenced footage
Apply creative visual techniques in a highly technical, data-driven environment
Edit and post-process videos, aligning footage with test data and ENCAP protocols
Collaborate with the wider team to synchronise and merge footage with vehicle data
Maintain, organise, and store media assets securely and systematically
Specify and manage video equipment and software requirements
Keep up to date with Euro NCAP filming standards and implement protocol updates
Contribute to continuous improvement of video processes and documentation
What Were Looking For:
Essential Experience and Skills:
Creative videography and photography in technical or engineering settings
Confident drone operator (must be able to fly drones independently)
Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
Experience interpreting technical data and applying time references to footage
Minimum 3 years experience in vehicle testing environments or similar
Preferred:
Experience filming to Euro NCAP specifications
Member of the Royal Photographic Society or equivalent
Qualifications:
HND (Level 3) or equivalent in a relevant field
Training or certification in photography, videography, or drone operation
Ideal Candidate:
You may currently be working in a technical video production role within the automotive, engineering or aerospace industries. Youll be confident in capturing high-quality footage with technical precision, have a strong creative eye, and enjoy working closely with data and protocol-driven requirements. This is a customer-facing role, so professionalism and clear communication are essential.
