Location: Ilford, Redbridge
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £34,416 to £35,448 per annum
As the Service Coordinator, you will ensure that data is accurate, secure, and effectively used to support decision-making, performance monitoring, and service improvement.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in data management systems. You will be responsible for maintaining databases, generating reports, and providing insights to drive improvements across the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Collect, validate, and manage large datasets, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
* Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
* Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and organisational policies.
* Generate regular reports and dashboards for senior management and key stakeholders.
* Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and performance metrics.
* Support teams in interpreting data and using it to improve services and outcomes.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of data collection tools and systems.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data handling.
* Work closely with IT teams to ensure systems are optimised for data management.
* Ensure data is stored securely and managed responsibly, in line with GDPR and data governance policies.
* Support audits and reviews of data quality, security, and compliance.

Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Data Management, IT, Business Analysis, or a related field (desirable)
* Proven experience in data management, reporting, or analysis
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis tools
* Experience working with databases and CRM systems
* Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
* Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, user-friendly way.
