Join Our IT Team as a Solution Architect
We have an exciting opportunity to become part of our IT team as a Solution Architect. In this role, you will design solutions that deliver business outcomes, align with the Enterprise Architecture vision, and contribute to our team's goal of being a top performer in the FIA Constructor’s Championship.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Leading architecture design for new technology solutions, ensuring alignment with overall architecture standards, security, performance, and risk management.
2. Evaluating and recommending solution options based on requirements, costs, and benefits.
3. Participating in product selection processes, providing technical input and due diligence.
4. Leading solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Product Lifecycle Management transformations.
5. Owning software governance and evaluating new software against standards.
6. Presenting recommendations to the Design Authority and managing follow-up actions.
7. Providing technical guidance to the delivery team on development, integration, and low-code solutions like Power Apps.
8. Collaborating with Product Managers on architectural design and best practices.
9. Supporting the development and maintenance of organizational standards and best practices.
10. Building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, demonstrating leadership and expertise.
11. Understanding functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
12. Maintaining ownership of the solution throughout its lifecycle.
Qualifications for success:
* Experience with Azure Cloud and hybrid environments.
* Knowledge of design patterns, UML, BPMN, and TOGAF.
* Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Product Lifecycle Management systems.
* Technical leadership and guidance skills.
* Understanding of integration techniques, architecture patterns, and data architecture (Big Data, AI/ML).
* Extensive experience as a Solution Architect.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in an agile environment.
This is a full-time, office-based role at our Silverstone campus, with travel as needed.
