Job Title: Site Supervisor – Utilities Location: Aylesbury Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (Inside IR35) Company Overview We are recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of utility diversion works within a major infrastructure programme. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for a supervisor with a strong background in utilities construction and site delivery, working as part of a Tier 1 contracting environment on a nationally significant project. The Role As Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of utility diversion works, ensuring site operations run safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements. This is a hands-on supervisory position requiring practical site leadership rather than purely administrative oversight. You will be responsible for coordinating site activities, supporting delivery teams, maintaining programme momentum, and working closely with commercial and planning functions.
