Our client based in Windsor is recruiting a Sous Chef for their stylish property. This is an opportunity for a talented Chef who is looking for a new challenge. The property has an excellent reputation for its food and service standards and has a busy restaurant as well as riverside bar. The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef who can assist in delivering meals for the Restaurant, Bar Lounge, Banqueting and Room Service.
Salary & Benefits
* Basic Salary to £35k + tips

* 45 hr week

* Management and Development of brigade in Head Chefs absence
* Ability to deliver modern fresh food
* Good Team Player & Motivator
The Person
* You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Jr Sous wanting to step up
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team membersHave experience of working in a busy 4* hotel or similar
* Ambitious and career orientated
