What the Job Involves The role of the Social Work Assistant is primarily located within the Adult Services Review Team at County Hall, reporting to the Team Manager. Responsibilities include arranging and monitoring services in line with individual care plans, providing advice and practical assistance, liaising with voluntary and statutory agencies, and conducting annual care plan reviews. As part of your duties, you will participate in team meetings, undertake training, and uphold council policies, including health and safety regulations and the Equal Opportunities Policy.
