Field Service Leader
We have an opportunity for a Field Service Leader to join us at Honeywell, in Scotland, where you will be responsible for managing a field service engineering team, providing best in class service to a varied customer based and maximizing growth opportunities for new product offerings. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model with an expectation of travel to customer sites up to 60% of the time.

Key requirements
* Act as a mentor to train and develop future managers, engineers and apprentices to drive business growth by enabling and leading a highly-effective team
* Help Honeywell be the customer's top choice by improving upon the Customer & Product Support function
* Liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities whilst championing customer retention ensuring contract renewal opportunities are managed effectively
* Achieve working capital targets by resolving debt issues on time and ensure cash collection targets are met
* Utilise built knowledge of Honeywell products to build a team focused on innovation and customer satisfaction with a focus on the remote connection and analytics of data for contracts, while ensuring cyber security is in place
Key skills and qualifications
* Experience of effectively managing a team of engineers and managing change within a team, long with performance and development of team members
* A background within a customer facing environment and managing larger sized accounts
* Good communications skills with the ability to influence at varying levels across the organization and a strong customer focus
* Understanding of Profit & Loss responsibilities along with a good track record of working to KPI’s and forecasts
* Industry related experience within BMS/Controls engineering with exposure to cybersecurity with be advantageous
