A well established Brighton organisation is looking to recruit a full time permanent Finance Assistant.
Description
As Finance Assistant you will be responsible for:
* Credit Card expenses
* Recording monthly income
* Reconcile control accounts
* Processing purchase ledger including support with prepayments and accruals
* Processing journals where required
* Maintain Fixed Asset register with depreciation
* Month end/year end duties as required
Profile
* Strong excel
* Previous knowledge of working in a busy accounting function/team
* Systems - Sage, Xero, Zoho or Quickbooks
