What We Offer
Experienced Recruitment Consultants
* Basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000.
* On-target earnings of £31,000 - £34,000 with commission.
Senior Recruitment Consultants
* Basic salary of £32,500.
* On-target earnings of £36,000 - £38,000 plus car allowance.

Key Responsibilities
Full 360 Recruitment Process: Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement.
Business Development: Proactively identify and win new clients within the driving and industrial industries.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Candidate Sourcing & Selection: Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent. Conduct interviews and assess suitability for various roles.
Compliance & Administration: Ensure all workers meet legal and compliance requirements, including right‑to‑work checks, certifications, and industry standards.
Sales & Targets: Work towards achievable sales and performance goals with full support and training.
Onboarding & Aftercare: Manage the placement process, ensuring both clients and candidates receive top‑quality service and post‑placement support.

Working Hours
