Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Guaranteed Salary of: £35,000 – £45,000 for the first 12 months

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator ready to take on greater responsibility within a new branch environment.
You will play a key role in driving business growth, winning new instructions, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
* Generate new business and book property valuation appointments
* Negotiate property sales between buyers and vendors to achieve the best outcomes
* Conduct property viewings and provide detailed, professional advice to prospective buyers
* Stay up to date with the Bicester and Oxfordshire property market, including trends and competitor activity
* Gather and act on client and buyer feedback to continuously improve service delivery
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures
Requirements
* Proven experience in residential estate agency (Sales Negotiator level or above)
* Strong knowledge of the Oxfordshire property market (Bicester knowledge desirable)
* Target-driven, self-motivated, and ambitious
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* High level of professionalism and customer service
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
