We are recruiting for a Northern Sales Manager to take ownership of commercial performance across the UK North region. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for driving sales growth, expanding the network, and leading a high-performing field sales team.

The Role
As Northern Sales Manager, you will:
* Lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers
* Drive regional sales growth and network expansion
* Identify and convert new business opportunities
* Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships
* Deliver against revenue, margin, and performance targets
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity
* Ensure strong CRM usage, reporting, and pipeline management
* Collaborate with suppliers and partners to maximise opportunities
This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic thinking with time spent out in the field driving performance.
About You
Were looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in sales leadership / regional or area management
Has managed or coached field-based sales teams
Comes from an automotive, tyre, aftermarket or related sector
Is highly commercially aware and target-driven
Has strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Is organised, self-motivated, and performance-focused
Is confident using CRM systems and reporting tools
Holds a full UK driving licence
