We’re recruiting for a commercially driven client facing Key Account Manager to join a specialist technology business supporting the offshore wind sector. This is a key role focused on managing strategic accounts and driving growth across UK.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong network in offshore wind who enjoys building long‑term partnerships and a proven track record of winning new business in a technical, fast‑growing sector.
The role:
* Manage and grow key client accounts across offshore wind operators and Tier 1 contractors.
* Act as the primary commercial contact, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across the offshore wind value chain.
* Lead tender activities including pricing, negotiations and contract management.
* Represent the business at industry events, conferences and client meetings.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored technical solutions.
What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years’ experience in account management or business development within offshore wind.
* Strong understanding of the offshore wind project lifecycle and market dynamics.
* Experience engaging with operators, Tier 1 contractors and tender processes.
* Background in technical solutions (e.g. SaaS, communications, or offshore systems).
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Willingness to travel across the UK.
