Job Description
This Operations Manager will:
1. Lead daily operations across machining, heat treat, grinding, finishing, assembly, and shipping.
2. Drive improvements in quality, delivery, and cost performance.
3. Monitor and report on KPIs, including scrap, repair, and customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with materials management to optimize raw material and component availability.
5. Implement lean initiatives and reduce process variability.
6. Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and production schedules.
7. Coach and develop team members to enhance workforce capability

The Successful Applicant
A successful Operations Manager should have:
8. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (Master's preferred).
9. 5+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally in aerospace or precision components.
10. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
11. Proficiency in SAP, MRP, ERP systems, and data analysis.
12. Demonstrated experience with Lean manufacturing principles.
13. Ability to train, coach, and align teams with business goals.
