As a key ambassador for the college, you will expand our network of industry partners and secure high-quality work placements for our students. Youll be instrumental in ensuring every partnership is successful, meeting both our college targets and employers workforce needs.
What youll be doing as a Student Recruitment Officer
1. Researching, networking, and reaching out to employers to create new work placement opportunities
2. Following up on business leads and generating new opportunities through cold calling, events, and marketing campaigns
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with employers, acting as the main point of contact
4. Marketing work experience, apprenticeships, and bespoke training to employers
5. Carrying out employer health and safety checks and ensuring compliance with group policies
