Day-to-Day of the Role:
* Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects, adhering to the national curriculum and school policies.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a constructive learning environment.
* Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and needs of students.
* Provide feedback on student progress and participate in school meetings and events as required.
* Prepare classroom resources and lesson plans, sometimes at short notice, ensuring content is relevant and stimulating.
* Maintain professional relationships with staff and contribute to the school community.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK.
* Experience teaching in secondary schools, with a strong understanding of the current curriculum.
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
