About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the JCB Service team as an RPA Specialist. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality automated solutions that support JCB Service’s ambitious 5-Year Plan. Working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, you’ll help shape the future of service delivery by driving operational efficiency through intelligent automation.
What does this role involve day to day?
1. Lead the deployment and maintenance of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions across JCB Service.
2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand automation requirements and identify opportunities.
3. Design and implement automated workflows using tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
4. Create clear and accessible process maps to support automation initiatives.
5. Support the development of scalable, secure, and efficient automation solutions for a variety of business use-cases.
6. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and service enhancements.
7. Utilise tools such as Power Query, Excel, Office 365, and SAP to support automation activities.
This will be suited to you if...
8. You have a strong analytical mindset and business experience, ideally within the aftersales market.
9. You’re confident working independently and as part of a wider team.
10. You’re comfortable managing deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
11. You’re highly proficient in RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or similar.
12. You have advanced skills in Power Query, Excel, and the wider Office 365 suite.
13. You have experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
14. You demonstrate high levels of interpersonal confidence and self-awareness, enabling you to lead the deployment of RPA across JCB Service.
15. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
16. You have excellent communication skills and can engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
What happens next?
