Our Career (rotational) Development Programme (CDP) is a three-year journey for ambitious environmental engineers (0–2 years’ work experience). You’ll rotate through three 12-month assignments, gaining hands‑on experience in areas such as, but not limited to the following. At least one rotation will be at a plant site, giving you real‑world exposure.

* Environmental Health & Safety
* Project Engineering

What We’re Looking For
* B.S. or M.S. in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Health and Safety Engineering
* Graduating between December 2025 and August 2026
* Strong academic record (e.g., 2:1 or above or local equivalent)
* Internship, Co-op, or Industrial Placement experience is a plus
* Leadership and campus involvement
