The business of c500 employees based across two sites are looking for a HR professional to support on a maternity cover - someone who can hit the ground running and be comfortable turning their hand to anything and everything. The Role is basically a little bit of everything - a true generalist position Be the first point of contact and escalation point for all ER cases, partnering closely with the key stakeholders on best practise Review all HR processes and policies ensuring the HR support and function is fit for purpose for business needs Ensure all HR data and reporting is up to date and accurate including all compliance and business guidelines Additional project anything from benefits reviews, management coaching and EVP/Brand Support the business from an L&D perspective partnering with external.
