You must be aged 18 or over to be a Customer Team Leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales. We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll help lead the store team – coaching and supervising Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering excellent customer service and performing various tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning spillages.

* Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to enhance shopping experience.
* Support your store manager by deputising and delivering HR processes.
