About the Role
Our client is seeking skilled and reliable Sous Chefs to join their team in beautiful countryside locations. You will be working in a professional kitchen preparing traditional British menus, including breakfast, packed lunches, and three-course evening meals served banqueting-style.
Locations & Salary:
Selworthy, Somerset – £31,411 per year (45 hours per week)
Church Stretton, Shropshire – £31,911 per year (45 hours per week) Tips: Equal share of tips paid monthly
Working Hours:
Various shifts across the week
Flexibility required, including evenings (typically finishing around 9pm) and weekends Benefits:

Preparing and cooking high-quality meals using fresh ingredients
Assisting in delivering breakfast, packed lunches, and evening service
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and presentation
Supporting the Head Chef and working closely with the kitchen team Experience Required
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
Experience with fresh ingredients and traditional British cuisine
Ability to work well within a team
Good attitude, reliability, and flexibility This role is based in Somerset or Shropshire. However, with live-in accommodation and support, relocation is made easy.
