We are seeking to appoint casual Residential Child Care Workers to cover shifts in our Residential Children’s Homes located in Chester, Ellesmere Port, Winsford and Northwich.
Cheshire West and Chester’s Residential Service aims to ensure that its most vulnerable children's needs are met and that their life chances are maximised to enable them to achieve their full potential and positive outcomes.

As a casual Residential Child Care Worker, you will hold a Level Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent and have experience supporting vulnerable children and young people, with supervisory skills. We will provide training and support to develop your skills further. You should be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a commitment to collaborative work.
