Teaching Assistant Role - Outwood Grange Academies Trust
The role of Teaching Assistant across our Academy is to promote the learning and welfare of students by providing practical and learning support, including support for students with statements of special educational needs, under the direction of the class teacher. You will work closely with our teaching staff to deliver the current curriculum and ensure all students are engaged in their education. Responsibilities include managing classroom behavior, supporting whole class exercises, and working one-to-one or in small focus groups.
