This role is ideal for a junior or graduate marketer who wants real responsibility, exposure to B2B tech marketing, and the chance to build strong foundations across content, campaigns, and lead generation.
The Role
As Junior Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing to support day-to-day marketing activity across lead generation, content, and brand execution. This is a hands-on role with a strong creative element, but grounded in commercial outcomes.
You will be involved in creating marketing assets, supporting campaigns, managing content, and helping turn ideas into execution.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Creative
· Create marketing assets using Canva, including LinkedIn posts, carousels, PDFs, event assets, case study layouts, and sales enablement materials
· Support content creation across blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social channels
· Adapt content for different audiences, including retail, finance, IT, and commercial stakeholders
· Maintain brand consistency across all outputs
Lead Generation & Campaign Support
· Support B2B lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and website
· Assist with campaign setup, asset creation, and post-campaign analysis
· Help manage gated content such as case studies, white papers, and event registrations
· Work with CRM and marketing tools to support lead tracking and follow-up
Digital & Website Support
· Upload and manage content on the website and CMS
· Support basic SEO tasks, including formatting content, metadata, and internal linking
· Assist with landing page builds and conversion optimization
Events & Sales Enablement
· Support marketing activity for events, webinars, and roundtables
· Create supporting materials such as invitations, follow-up emails, and presentations
· Assist in creating sales collateral and proposal-ready marketing assets
Skills & ExperienceEssential
· Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
· Strong working knowledge of Canva or Affinity
· A good eye for design, layout, and visual hierarchy
· Strong written communication skills
· Comfortable working across multiple tasks and deadlines
· Interest in B2B marketing and lead generation
Desirable
· Basic graphic design skills beyond Canva, such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Affinity
· Familiarity with LinkedIn as a marketing channel
· Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing
· Experience with CRM or marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
· Interest in technology, retail, or sports industries
