Key Responsibilities of a Parts Telesales Advisor Answering incoming phone calls within our call centre. Looking up parts on a number of Electronic Parts Catalogues and advising our trade and retail customers, pricing and availability. Take emails from a shared email box and respond to the customer enquires in a professional manner. Offer existing customers who call in at least one product from any of our promotions. Record any customers concerns and report to the Parts Manager. Record any lost sales on database. Experience & Qualifications Motor trade parts experience advantageous but not essential. A level of computer literacy. Previous experience using the CDK Drive (Kerridge) system advantageous. Attributes Required Be able to work well under pressure. An ability to retain training and an enthusiastic approach is vital. You must possess a desire to sell and win orders. Quickly and efficiently accessing records, checking databases and updating files, often whilst talking to a potential customer at the same time.
