🔍 Role Overview
You will manage complex, high-risk cases and act as a key link between individuals and statutory agencies. The role focuses on risk assessment, escalation, and multi-agency collaboration, ensuring safety across all stakeholders.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
* Manage and assess high-risk and complex cases
* Gather, analyse, and evaluate intelligence relating to threat, harm, and risk
* Work closely with Police and multi-agency partners
* Support compliance and case progression toward resolution
* Escalate risks effectively and contribute to safeguarding strategies
* Promote safety for service users, staff, and the public
👤 Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in public protection, offender management, or investigation roles
* Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
* Experience working within multi-agency environments
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage sensitive and complex cases
