Job purpose
To provide day-to-day operational support for housebuilder customers, managing estimates, orders, and deliveries. * Build and maintain relationships with customer procurement teams, Quantity Surveyors, project managers and site agents.
* Be proactive, responsive, and visible, including regular site visits and customer check-ins.
* Follow up and requote projects to meet or exceed agreed revenue, margin, and growth targets across the assigned customer base.
* Manage the full order lifecycle — inputting orders, monitoring fulfilment, and ensuring timely and complete deliveries in collaboration with internal branches and logistics teams.
* Source non-standard or bespoke product requirements in line with customer needs and timelines. Liaise with suppliers to confirm availability, pricing, and delivery dates.
* Work closely with branches to ensure customer orders are prioritised, accurate, and aligned to site schedules and specific delivery requirements.
