We're Hiring: Ofsted Registered Manager
Location: Bradford (BD13)
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 per year + exceptional bonus structure

At Lifebridge Group, we're committed to raising the bar in children's residential care. Aire House is our flagship EBD home — a nurturing, two-bed environment with plans to expand. We're looking for a Registered Manager who's ready to lead with integrity, compassion, and ambition.
What You'll Do:
* Lead the daily operations of a 2-bed EBD home with plans to welcome a third young person
* Inspire and manage a dedicated care team focused on positive outcomes
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and exceed expectations
* Manage referrals and placement planning with local authorities
* Lead on safeguarding, team development, and quality assurance
* Develop and implement robust policies and procedures
What We're Looking For:
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) – desired
* Full UK driving licence – essential
* Proven experience managing in a children's residential care setting
* Deep understanding of safeguarding, legislation, and regulatory requirements
* Confident decision-maker with strong leadership and communication skills
* Calm, compassionate, and committed to empowering young people
