Echocardiographer (Bank) Flexible, Part-Time
GPHealth Partners (GPHP) is looking for an experienced BSE accredited Echocardiographer to start within theirteam as soon as possible on a bank contract basis. The successful applicant will be able to show a provenrecord of working to a high standard and will be a self-motivated clinicalexpert who is organised, flexible, reliable and comfortable working automonously but with on-site support from the GPHP team. We have clinics running across two locations, Leatherhead CommunityHospital (KT22 8SD) and The Mezzanine Level above the Derby Medical Centre in Epsom (KT19 8AG). Days and hours are flexible but ideallyapplicants should be able to offer a minimum of 1-2 clinics per month orpreferably 1 clinic per week. We would particularly welcome availability on Wednesdays, Fridays and or Saturdays.
Main duties of the job
* Perform BSE standard echocardiography examinations and reports to ensure the provision of a high-quality advanced adult echo service.
* Provide reports for scans
* Contribute to quality improvement.
* Apply technology for measurement, monitoring and treatment.
* Ensure that personal knowledge is kept up to date and reflects current requirements in clinical echocardiography.
What we need from you
You will be able to demonstrate your detail oriented thinking, interpersonal skills and technological aptitude.
* BSC Clinical Physiology or equivalent

* Correct personal use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring correct use of PPE by others, advising on appropriate circumstances for use by clinicians, staff and patients.
* Reporting incidents using the organisations Incident Reporting System.
* Using personal security systems within the workplace according to organisational guidelines.
* Making effective use of training to update knowledge and skills.

Qualifications
* Clinical Physiology Degree
* BSE accreditation or equivalent is essential
* Comfortable working solo in a community clinic
