We’re looking for a Refrigeration Technical Services Manager to take ownership of technical excellence across a growing, dynamic organisation.
This is a high-profile, influential role where you’ll act as the go‑to expert for refrigeration systems—supporting projects, driving innovation, and shaping best practice across operations, engineering, and customer delivery.

What You’ll Do:
Technical Leadership
* Be the lead authority on refrigeration systems and applications
* Support engineers, operations, and project teams with expert technical guidance
* Drive standards, processes, and continuous improvement
* Introduce new technologies, equipment, and solutions
Project & Operational Support
* Support projects from concept through to completion
* Conduct site surveys and contribute to solution development
* Assist with installation, commissioning, and handover phases
* Act as escalation point for complex faults
* Help identify recurring issues and implement improvements
* Mentor and develop engineering teams
* Build strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and key customers
* Provide technical expertise in customer meetings and business development
* Manage supplier technical interactions, warranties, and innovation opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in the refrigeration industry (commercial essential)
* Strong technical knowledge of commercial & integral refrigeration systems
* Proven experience supporting projects, installations, and service teams
* F‑Gas certified + full UK driving licence
* Strong fault‑finding, diagnostic, and problem‑solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
