Location: Maidstone, Kent, ME15
Salary: Up to £50,000 + bonus
Full-Time and Permanent — Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
* Market Leading Pay Rate and Excellent Bonus Scheme
* Monday to Friday with no weekend working
* Happy to consider current MET Technicians and also Level 2 / Level 3 Vehicle Technicians from a Dealership Background

What You’ll Be Doing
* Dismantling and Reassembling Vehicles: Follow manufacturer methods to ensure precision and safety.
* Diagnosing Mechanical and Electrical Faults: Utilise modern diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues to the highest standards.
* Collaborating with Other Technicians: Work as part of a cohesive team to maintain an efficient workflow.
* Maintaining a Professional Workshop Environment: Ensure the workspace is clean, safe, and organised.
What We’re Looking For
* Experienced MET Technician OR Level 2 / Level 3 Vehicle Technician / Mechanic: Proven expertise in the field.
* Strong Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim Systems: Comprehensive knowledge to tackle diverse challenges.
* Excellent Problem-Solving and Diagnostic Ability: Sharp skills to diagnose and fix issues efficiently.
* Professional, Reliable, and Takes Pride in Quality Workmanship: A commitment to excellence in every task.
* Full and Valid UK Driving Licence: Essential for the role.
