Unity Schools Partnership is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Trust Compliance Manager to support our ambition for excellence across all schools within the trust. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring statutory compliance and consistency of operational services across the trust, with a particular focus on compliance. This is a varied, hands‑on role that will see you working closely with school leaders, site teams and the central operations team to promote safe working practices and a strong culture of compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:
* supporting the delivery of the trust's Health and Safety Policy and promote a strong health and safety culture across all sites
* acting as a trust expert on compliance
* carrying out internal compliance audits and risk assessments, managing actions through to completion
* overseeing and maintaining a database of school risk assessments and compliance records
* keeping up to date with changes in legislation and ensure these are implemented across the trust
* working collaboratively with Headteachers, Site Managers and contractors to ensure safe systems of work
* assisting with asset management and compliance systems across the trust.
About you
Essential:
* Proven experience of regulatory compliance and risk assessments
* Strong knowledge of compliance legislation
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
Desirable:
* Experience working within an educational setting
* NEBOSH qualification
* Additional compliance‑related training (e.g. fire safety, asbestos, legionella)
