We are looking for someone to come and assist our accounts department for 3 months to start asap. The aim of the role is to provide administrative support to the accounts department. This would be an ideal role for someone looking for full-time work or to be done part-time over 5 days. Duties and Responsibilities Stationery orders Production & Distribution of customer statements. Covering the phones Dealing with incoming and outgoing post Issuing refund cheques with accompanying letters General admin housekeeping such as filing and archiving Supporting the Accounts Administrator as needed with purchase ledger Booking hotels as required for trade shows attendance. Any other duties as required. Qualifications Maths and English at GCSE grade c/4 Personal Specification Essential Administrative experience Ability to work on your own or as part of a team Sound knowledge of the Microsoft packages Strong communication skills both written and verbal Attention to detail Desirable Any accounts experience Contract term: 3 months Full or part-time over 5 days considered.
