25 hrs per week - Part-time (worked across 5 days between 9:00 am - 2:00 pm)

The role in a nutshell
The purpose of this role is to support the Campaign and Buying Support (CABS) team and their assigned Buyers with daily tasks. Responsibilities include providing administrative support such as creating and requesting material codes, raising purchase orders for offers and EP Campaigns, responding to emails, processing sales orders and cancellations, handling delivery issues, resolving stock shortages, and rekeying sales orders. The Buying Support team acts as the first post-procurement contact for our suppliers.
Collaborations
Internal: Buyers, Buying Support teams, Commercial Manager, Warehouse Department, Bond & Export Department, Finance Department, Business and Customer Support Teams
External: Trade and Private customers
Key Responsibilities
* Manage purchase orders
* Assist with processing En-Primeur/WLA sales orders on FWT, Hybris, SAP
* Manage cancellation of sales orders in SAP
* Upload bulk Sales Orders to FWT during Campaigns
* Create new material codes based on existing variants or vintages
* Request new material codes if needed
* Handle email enquiries in shared inbox
* Fix admin errors on POs by re-keying orders
* Resolve delivery issues
* Coordinate with finance and commercial teams on PO/Offer/Invoice queries
* Assist in offer creation on FWT and update offer calendar
* Build relationships with Buyers

* Experience with SAP
Qualifications:
* WSET qualifications are advantageous but not essential
