Procurement Assistant

Location: London (Fully remote )- 1 day a month in London office
Type: Full-time

30k plus excellent benefits

We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Procurement Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality property and facilities management services across a national portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

In this role, you’ll work closely with suppliers and facilities management teams to ensure that all service-based contracts are accurate, compliant, and recorded correctly within procurement systems. You’ll also assist with the management of supplier accreditations, on-boarding processes, and other procurement administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and issue service-based contracts using approved templates
* Maintain accurate electronic records of all contracts within internal systems
* Liaise with suppliers to support registration, on-boarding, and accreditation reviews
* Raise and manage Master Service Agreements for new and existing suppliers
* Monitor supplier accreditations and work with internal teams to resolve compliance issues
* Assist in mobilising and offboarding suppliers as properties enter or leave management Update procurement and property management databases as required
* Support general procurement administration, including supplier validation and document control
* Provide support for wider facilities management and procurement project

Skills and Experience:

* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Effective communicator with a professional and confident approach
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, well-presented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team Understanding of confidentiality and data integrity requirements
* Willingness to learn, develop, and work towards a professional procurement qualification (e.g. CIPS
