About the team Digital Sales Assistant is responsible for driving conversion of online/self-service merchant applications into fully onboarded and actively transacting customers. The role focuses on proactive engagement with merchants throughout the onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless experience and maximising activation rates. What you’ll own as the Digital Sales Assistant Merchant conversion and activations Play a hands‑on role in helping merchants succeed digitally Identify and resolve points of friction that prevent merchants from progressing digitally. Customer engagement Pipeline management Problem solving and support Proactive outreach Customer Centric approach - A customer‑first mindset combined with a focus on outcomes What you’ll bring Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customer (phone, email, written). Ability to build rapport quickly with customers. Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills. Target-driven mindset with experience working to KPIs. Proactive and self-motivated approach. Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools. It’s a bonus if you have Experience in sales, customer success, or onboarding roles.
