PE Global are currently recruiting for a Medical Affairs Project Co-Ordinator for a contract role with a leading multinational Pharma client, based in Basingstoke. The candidate must be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
The MAC will experience a wide range of medical team's operations, particularly in areas of medical material originating and approval, metric analysis, financial planning and monitoring, scientific and clinical study data collation and presentation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience/knowledge of Eli Lilly with good Veeva skills.
Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the industry and the various disease areas you will be involved with; diabetes and obesity.
Originating, updating and maintaining medical materials and activities and ensuring they are compliant with industry and company regulations across the PMAP and Veeva lifecycle.
Support logistics, agendas and chairing of different types of head office medical meetings; sharing and implementing learnings with cross-function teams.
Work cross-functionally to implement brand plans
Enable and support medical launch activities
Contribute to the operational delivery of local medical activities
Provide operational and creative input into the development and/or implementation of medical and cross‑functional initiatives.
Be responsible for global medical affairs key stakeholder engagement and metrics objectives, collating data from multiple sources and displaying it in a user-friendly manner.
Contribute to the supervision and training of the Medical Affairs Associate (MAA [student]).
Liaise with field medical teams to develop, review, approve, and disseminate meeting and engagement materials in a timely, accurate, and ABPI code‑compliant manner.
Support the planning and implementation of symposia and educational meetings/events with healthcare professionals, ensuring operational excellence and compliance throughout.
Maintain oversight of medical repositories and archives, ensuring appropriate document lifecycle management, version control, audit readiness, and accessibility.
Requirements
Biological/life science undergraduate degree with anticipated degree classification 2:1 or higher
