RME Consultants are working with an exciting business in Frimley to find a Education Centre Manager to join a brand new team.

Role: Education Assistant Manager
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
Contract: Permanent
Location: Frimley
Working Hours: This is a full time role. You will be working 4 days in the week, sometime between 11:00 – 19:30, and one day at the weekend (Saturday 9:30 – 13:30).
Main Duties for the Education Centre Manager
* Supporting the day-to-day running of the centre
* Driving growth through sales activity and local outreach
* Building relationships with schools, businesses and parents
* Overseeing customer experience and student retention
* Assessing students and supporting curriculum delivery
* Supporting staff training and development
* Monitoring performance and maintaining accurate reporting
* Supporting centre costs and operational performance
Experience required for the Education Centre Manager
* Experience within education
* Experience in a sales or management style role
* Minimum level B at Maths GCSE
