The Role
* Looking for a talented Account Manager to join a team in the Sale office. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, with a strong focus on accounts within the NHS. You'll nurture long-term partnerships, identify opportunities for increased engagement, and ensure clients receive the highest level of service and support.
* This is a relationship-driven role suited to someone who is naturally engaging, consultative, and passionate about helping organisations improve outcomes.
* You'll be working closely with clients to understand their challenges-often drawing insight from inspection reports or operational goals-and recommending tailored training solutions that help teams create safer, more respectful environments.

Requirements
· A natural relationship builder with a proven track record in account growth and retention
· Experience working with the NHS, councils, education or social care sectors is not necessary, but is desirable
· Skilled at identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and offering effective solution·
· Strong organisational skills, proactive mindset, and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels

The Package
* Basic Salary: £33,500
* Commission: £13,000-£29,000 (uncapped and performance-linked)
* Holidays: 20 days + Bank Holidays
* Additional discretionary 3 days off between Christmas and New Year
* Annual leave also increases each year
Location
The first six months will be spent in the Sale office for full training and onboarding. Following successful completion of probation, the role can transition to a hybrid model with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
