We seek a Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef ready for the next step, passionate about producing quality, fresh food in a welcoming environment.
As a Chef de Partie, you will:
* Champion excellent service through quality food
* Deliver fantastic food consistently
* Be an active, hands-on Kitchen Supervisor
* Show willingness to learn new skills and be a team player with excellent communication skills
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes and specials
* Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills to maintain control over GP and labor
* Proactively drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams
