This is a client-facing role with significant responsibility and scope for professional development. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery Plan, lead, and review audit assignments from start to finish Act as the main client contact throughout the audit process, attending meetings pre- and post-audit Supervise, mentor, and review the work of audit seniors and trainees Liaise with partners on technical matters, deadlines, and client needs Identify opportunities to add value and support business development Ensure compliance with auditing standards, ethical requirements, and internal procedures Deliver assigned KPIs as agreed with the Audit Manager Requirements: ACA or ACCA qualified Minimum three years’ experience in a similar audit role within an accountancy practice Proven ability to manage audits and client relationships effectively Strong technical audit knowledge and attention to detail Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload Experience supervising and developing junior team members Takes ownership of personal training and development This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Audit Client Manager seeking career growth, flexible working, and a supportive team environment while managing a diverse client portfolio.
