What You’ll Be Doing
Handling inbound and outbound calls related to life assurance, savings, investments, and pension plans, while delivering exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
* Strong communication and listening skills to understand and assist customers effectively
