Hybrid role based in Swindon - 2 days a week required in the office.
As Support Services Administrator, you will provide high-quality administration support across the Pension and Investments Transfer Teams to ensure the efficiency of daily activities. You will consistently deliver an outstanding service to our Advisers, Partners, and colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring that case data is recorded accurately and within set time criteria
* Ensuring MI is accurate, up to date, and issued within set time criteria
* Participating in the effective distribution of workloads to ensure SLAs are met
* Working alongside the Team Leader and colleagues to ensure effective resource planning
* Being the first point of contact for Advisers and their teams to support case processing
* Undertaking all aspects of the role ethically, compliantly, diplomatically, and professionally
What will you need to succeed?
* Previous experience in a busy administrative role involving direct customer service
* Financial Services sector experience is advantageous but not essential
* Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills
* Ability to build and maintain professional and effective relationships
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
* Flexibility to work as an individual and as part of a team, supporting colleagues to cover all tasks
* High attention to detail, with the ability to follow processes and procedures to ensure high and consistent service quality
