Essentials:
* Previous Catering experience as a Chefpreferably within a School, high volume restaurants or contract catering environment (min 3 years working experience)
* Confident working in a busy kitchen
* Experience in producing food of a high quality
* Your own Uniform and safety shoes
* A current level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergen certificate
* Valid right to work in the UK
* Access to your own transport/ willing to use public transport
