Opportunity
We're looking for an eCommerce Specialist (Media + Retail) to join our UK team, working closely with our Client Strategy and Digital Operations teams. This cross-functional role will sit at the heart of our digital commerce strategy, helping to drive performance across marketplaces like ASOS, Zalando, and Amazon.
You'll gain hands-on experience across both retail operations and media strategy, developing into a well-rounded digital commerce expert. This is the ideal role for a curious, analytical, and fashion-savvy individual ready to roll up their sleeves and grow in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll split your focus across digital media execution and retail marketplace optimization:
Media Support:
* Assist in managing paid campaign execution across platforms like Amazon Ads, Meta, Google, and others
* Optimize keyword bidding strategies and ad placements for product visibility and sales uplift
* Track and analyze performance metrics, reporting trends, wins, and areas for improvement
* Develop dashboards and performance reports to guide marketing decision-making
Retail Support:
* Create and optimize product pages across Amazon and other marketplaces with compelling copy, SEO-friendly content, and visuals
* Support merchandising plans including promotions, cross-sells, and seasonally timed launches
* Collaborate with inventory and buying teams to align product availability with campaign timelines
* Stay up to date with platform-specific requirements and adjust product listings accordingly
Commerce Strategy:
* Understand and analyze consumer shopping behavior, surfacing actionable insights
* Use performance data to recommend strategies that improve visibility, engagement, and sales
* Contribute to market research efforts and trend forecasting to help shape seasonal digital initiatives
* Work alongside internal and external stakeholders to align on priorities and performance KPIs

* Who You Are
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (bonus if you also speak French, German, or Spanish)
* 1–3 years experience in digital marketing, retail merchandising, or eCommerce (experience with fashion or marketplaces like ASOS, Zalando, or Amazon is a plus)
* Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
* Analytical thinker – you're comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas are second nature)
* Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment
* Creative problem-solver who's eager to experiment and improve
* Passion for fashion and the digital retail space
* Bonus: Knowledge of Amazon Marketing Services, digital merchandising tools, or feed management platforms
