We are currently recruiting for a talented and hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen within a large, high-profile events and live entertainment venue in Hull.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven chef to take ownership of a fast-paced, high-volume operation, delivering exceptional food across a wide range of events from concerts and large-scale productions to corporate hospitality.

The Role:
Leading the kitchen with a strong, hands-on approach
Delivering consistently high-quality food across multiple event formats
Planning and executing menus for high-volume service
Managing and coordinating casual and agency chefs on event days
Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and consistency
Driving efficiency, organisation, and performance within the kitchen
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Head Chef.
Background in events, stadia, arenas, or high-volume hospitality
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
Passion for delivering quality food at scale
